Features
The Grand Auditorium body shape gives this 12-string a comfortable feel and broad musical range, making it suitable for strumming, fingerstyle textures, layered rhythm parts and songwriting. Its balanced response helps keep the natural shimmer of a 12-string clear and musical rather than overwhelming.
A solid torrefied spruce top adds warmth, clarity and a touch of aged-in sweetness, while solid sapele back and sides contribute a balanced voice with a punchy midrange character. Together, these tonewoods create a lively acoustic sound with strong note definition, room-filling projection and the rich octave texture players expect from a high-quality Taylor 12-string.
V-Class bracing enhances volume, sustain and pitch accuracy, helping chords ring with clarity across the neck. The Venetian cutaway provides easier access to upper frets, while Expression System 2 electronics capture the guitar’s dynamic acoustic response for amplified playing. A faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, 4 mm dot inlays, gloss body finish and burgundy plush lined tan structured gig bag complete this distinctive special-edition package.
