Each order placed will be processed and shipped separately. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. While we may be able to update addresses before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, damaged in transit, or otherwise experiences a shipping issue, Owl & Goose Gifts will first file an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier before any refund, replacement, or reshipment is processed.
